Kenneth A. Keeling

Professional Experience and Background

After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville in 1975 and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, Ken began his career with the Arabian American Oil Company, working in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia from 1976–1982.

Ken returned to the U.S. in 1982, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas, and served as General Counsel to the Belvieu Enterprises Companies until 1986. He entered private practice in 1986, establishing two affiliated firms that originally handled commercial and bankruptcy matters. Ultimately, the bankruptcy firm developed its dedicated orientation to the representation of consumer debtors.
