Mind you we were even referred to them to assist with foreclosure sales. She ended up saying we aren't interested in helping your case even though they charge $3k+ for the service we called them for and we're ready to pay

I’m baffled ,by the entire situation ,And wasted my time ,Ms Dj and Vanessa an attorney ,They took my case as a joke the whole reason for filing bankruptcy because you needed a set amount are short handed.I even had everything they needed. Never responded back to messages Pertaining to information on the case ahead of time I emailed ahead of time I didn’t appreciate the comment you made might can find someone cheaper money 💰 never an issue. When it comes to something valuable valued cherished sentimental value. Shame on you don’t kick the next cuz you feel you better an in a high seat 💺 . I could not be more pleased with these attorneys. Rebecca and Dana did exactly what they promised they would do and in the time frame they said they would do it. I was kept up to date every step of the way. Dana was very informative and guided through every step of the process. I was able to get my car back and keep my job thanks to this law firm. Edit: I have completed my payment plan early but the office is being so difficult at this point in time. I can't ever speak with my actual attorney, poor communication and it is taking forever for them to send over documents to discharge my case!

I know nothing of the Law Firm besides they have wonderful taste I was actually driving by this building on Arlington Street in Houston and I had to turn around just to come back and look at the building it is so iconic looking, really stands strong as it stands out. You get A very good feeling that whoever owns this building has a certain passion about history . As well as Living in the moment while absorbing the Value of this Beautiful icon.

I went to this law firm to get help for a foreclosure and the lady in the front desk was racially discriminating my mother for being Mexican. She instantly told us she couldn’t help us after knowing her illegal status. I wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone after that encounter.

The paralegal from my original review has made contact with me and has addressed my concerns. They were based upon a misunderstanding which has now been resolved. She was able to point me toward a resource that can help in my sister’s situation.

DON’T BE FOOLED. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. FIND A BETTER ATTORNEY. At the beginning, they will make you feel welcomed, like they care about your financial situation. They only want you to sign their contract, because you will owe them money whether you complete your plan or not. Three years into my plan, I started wondering who’s side they were on??? When I called with valid questions or concerns, I was immediately sent to voicemail and my calls were unanswered. IF they return your call, they will say “wait until the end”. DO NOT believe them. I received my discharge from the court, but 5 1/2 years and $152,500 dollars later, my mortgage still has NOT been reconciled of fees that were taken during my bankruptcy. Six months after my discharge, fees are still being taken because Keeling refused to address this in court. Creditors, who were discharged, refuse to stop negative reporting. Just recently I received an “Intent to Levy” notice from the IRS for taxes which were paid during my plan and were discharged by the court??? DO NOT use this firm. You WILL regret it in the end. (Keeling Law and the trustee received over $14,800)
