Update Regarding COVID-19

Keeling Law Firm is taking measures to protect the health of our clients and employees during the current public health crisis. We are available to meet with new and existing clients in person, by video conference, and over the phone.

Please note that many home loans are still in foreclosure despite the current crisis. If you are posted for foreclosure, do not assume that your foreclosure sale will be canceled.

A note to our existing clients:

If you are struggling to make Chapter 13 plan payments due to the current public health crisis, the bankruptcy court is offering relief in the form of both short-term and long-term payment reductions for most debtors. Please contact our office to apply for this relief. Otherwise, you should continue to make your plan payments as usual.

The bankruptcy courts will continue to operate and hold hearings remotely until further notice. If you have an upcoming hearing, please contact us for instructions on how to appear by phone or video.
