Ken Keeling is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ken earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kentucky in 1970 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville in 1975. Ken has been practicing law in Houston since 1982. He is admitted to practice by the State Bar Texas, the United States District Court, the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Rebecca Keeling is an attorney focusing exclusively on consumer bankruptcy law. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in 2003. She went on to work in publishing in New York City for four years before taking a position as a paralegal with a civil rights law firm. Rebecca attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2012. Rebecca returned to Houston to join Keeling Law Firm because she enjoys working with clients and the fast pace of bankruptcy law. When not at her desk, Rebecca can be found rock climbing or spending time outdoors with her dog, Etta, whom you may meet around the office. Rebecca is admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court in the Northern and Southern districts of Texas.
Yolanda Gutierrez is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in consumer bankruptcy law. Yolanda earned a B.A. in Public Justice and Spanish from St. Mary’s University in 2000 and a Juris Doctor from the Marshall School of Law magna cum laude in 2003. She is admitted to practice by the State Bar Texas and the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
Cristina Rodriguez is a bilingual associate attorney at the Keeling Law Firm. Cristina earned a BA in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas suma cum laude in 2005 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008. She is admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
